I posted a photo in the Avian Gallery at the listed time of 3:37 pm SST.
About 8:30 EST I tried to post another, and received the direction that I couldn't post until 21:37 SST. Would someone make sense of this for me?

Philip,

Good evening. I know you can only post one photo in each of the galleries every 24 hrs. As far as the SST I can not help you.

In could stand for a few time zones. Singapore Standard Time, Samoa Standard Time, but I think this one actually stands for Scheduled Start Time.

Well, that's half the battle. Now then, why would my Scheduled Start Time be 6 hours later than when I supposedly could post another photo, and why should it be expressed in 24 hour mode?

Philip: In your member profile you may select your time zone. You might check that and see what it is set for.

Thanks, Bill. I changed it to EST.
