...and still no power. I was able to get online yesterday but no-go today. We made a trip down to our apartment about 15 miles away (which will have until the end of the month) and we have power and cable here. Until all returns to normal at our house, I'll stop here at least once a day to check our e-mail.
Sorry for our slow response to e-mails, hopefully all will return to normal soon.

Follow up....
We're still running on a generator, power is scheduled to be restored this coming weekend. After having - and then losing - our vital Internet connection last Saturday, and the fact that tending to NPN administrative affairs is a 24/7/365 job, I "bit the bullet" yesterday and ordered a Verizon wireless card for our laptop, which will be delivered today to my place of employment (at least I got an employee discount). When I came home from work and told Donna, she agreed it was a good idea and a neccessary investment. We then looked at each other and laughed, "this can only mean that our cable will be back by the time you come home tomorrow with the card."
Last night at about 7:00 PM, our cable came back and is still here this morning. No power, but we now have cable (again) and a Verizon wireless card "all dressed up but no place to go." Who ever would have thunk that?
