Red Deer on a misty morning
A Hind and Calf sharing an intimate moment on a misty and frosty morning. Taken this morning on Cannock Chase.

E-510, 300/f2.8 + 1.4xTC, ISO 200, 1/100th @ f4, cropped about 25%

Hi Paul,

It's a lovely moment you have captured with the mist making it very atmospheric. The fallen branch in the FG is a little distacting as it just interfere's with the legs and once my eyes are on it that's where they stay.

It's a great effort though Paul, go and move that branch

Regards

A tender moment expertly captured. Very nicely framed, and the soft lighting and low contrast suit the mood perfectly.

Very atmospherical, but I agree with Rob that the fallen branch in the FG is a bit distracting
