Fresh snow dragged me out of bed like a giant magnet today ~ This is sunrise on Indian Peaks and Longs.
The temp was a relatively balmy -11 up on Flagstaff Road. I saw -17 while driving along hwy. 93 this morning. Brrrr.

This is torture! I decided to stay home and keep the wood stove going. I'm glad someone got up to see this.

Brrrr is right, those are some cold conditions to work in. I like the contrast between the cool color temperature of the rocks and foothills with the deceivingly warm-looking glow on the peaks. Very nice.

You actually got out of your heated vehicle and had the wherewithal to click a shutter? Here's two cups of hot chocolate!
