November at the beach

A cold sunrise over lake Michigan in late November. Had the beach all to myself..

Nice shot Kevin. I like the clouds meeting the horizon and the cool blue/gray of the sand. Hats off to you for getting up early for this. How was the water?

I love the colors, Kevin. The snow in lavender works well with the water and sky above. very small nit, I would like to see a bit more of the snow in the FG, especially on the lower left. Horizon might need a touch of leveling as well. Overall, I really wonderful and inviting winter beach scenic.

Nice scene and colors. I'm not sure that I'm 100% sold on the foreground, but I obviously don't know what all you had to work with...I've been enjoying your images on ES&S as well - keep up the good work.

I like the image not only for the colors of the sunrise, but because I feel as if I'm standing right there on the beach, enjoying the early morning tranquility that the image presents. Nice work, Kevin!
