Seascape
I've been away for a few days to Devon messing around with my 17-40.

Also my first proper go at blending 2 exposures, after reading David Clapps article, as i've always been put off from this sort of stuff by Grads, and blending seems so much better.. For me anyway!

A very bold and striking composition and your exposure blending looks really good.

I like this very much indeed. The water looks like mist and that area of light on the rocks -
Wonderful

Nice light and tones with a decent foreground. Grads are useful for some shots and not for others. The blend suits this quite well.

Simple and beautiful, and as has been said, the light on the rocks makes it.

Really very nice Seascape indeed.. Nice colours in the sky and the light reflection brings out the textures on the rocky foreground. Nice work.

I like this a lot, especially the misty sea and light on the foreground rocks. Great blending job too - not braved doing one yet!

Cheers for your comments guys! I've just given 2 copies of this away in A2 as Christmas presents lol! Playing with my printer on a miserable Sunday afternoon is far better than being jammed in HMV or elsewhere, at Christmas!

I hope to go back to that general area sometime in the near future and give it another bash, never had so much fun, getting drenched and hauling myself out of Coves on soaking wet rope in the dark! :jump:
