Greetings, Everyone.
Hopefully, you'll notice that our banner has changed with the season (if not, please refresh your browser). Thanks to everyone who submitted images. As usual, there were far too many to include all of them in the banner.
Officially it is the start of winter, and I'm guessing that some of you have had your fill already. The good news is that the daylight starts increasing today, even if we can't see the sun.
I've also updated the Members page and added a page of western Pennsylvania shooting locations that were submitted by Greg Funka. Thanks, Greg, for the great submission.
I'll leave you with an image of the first bloom from our Christmas Cactus. Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones.

The banner looks great, Chuck...excellent work! Thank you for all the hard work you put into making the seasonal banners and keeping up the other pages as well...it's much appreciated!
As for winter and all the snow we have already received this year...I'd gladly send half of it to those who live in the sunshine states. More than 4 feet of snow has been dumped on Southwestern MI already and it looks like we got at least another 6 inches last night. Surprisingly, very little of this has been lake effect! No more Alberta Clippers, please!
The Cactus makes a lovely seasons greeting. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours!

Thanks for the holiday greetings and the winter banner, which looks great! The cactus blossom is wonderful! I love the composition and the colors are gorgeous. I'm glad to see you have posted this in the flora gallery. I'm sure they will appreciate this capture as well. Thanks again and happy holidays to you!
