This is the Everett Road covered bridge in the CVNP (from about 2 years ago). It was built in the 1870s to help farmers get their goods to market via the Ohio and Erie Canal. This is a replica of the original bridge, which was ripped from it's footings by a flood of Furnace Creek in 1975. The new bridge was constructed using the truss design of the original.
