Merry Christmas everyone, what a great year on NPN. Here's wishing you: sweet light, a rock steady tripod and fabulous prints. Oh, and a few photo sales to make the tax man happy  :toast:

 Back at you, Reno, and to all the NPN folks out there. A special thanks goes to all our fellow CANPer's who have really made our regional forum work so well this past year. I think the highlight really turned out to be the lunch visit in Lee Vining last fall. That truly was Lon's excellent idea and it worked out well for many of us in the area at that time. I know some folks missed the get together back then, but there is always next year again!!!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to all here at CANP. It has indeed been a great year online and photography wise. I've met many new friends since being on NPN and I really appreciate and enjoy that friendship.

And if we can, I'd like to see a few more gatherings this year. Meeting everyone in Lee Vining this year was great! Now as a photographer, I'm pretty independent when it comes to my photography, but I always enjoy the get togethers for lunches or dinners. Unless and until someone pays me to lead a workshop, you probably won't see me with the hoards of people at South Tufa for a sunrise... :-)

:toast: Here's to a safe, healthy and prosperous 2009!

Thanks Reno,

We'll have to do some shooting in the coming year around the Peninsula.
