Nuthatch
Hi all,

Managed a couple of hours with the Nuthatches this morning, not the best of day's weather wise, but still nice to get out, thanks for looking.

Converted in DPP / Processed in CS2 ( Cropped and a small piece of branch removed from the top lefthand corner )

1/250th @ F5.6 -2/3rds E/comp iso1000

Hope your having a lovely Christmas day :toast: and all the best for the new year.

Kind regards

nicely captured Andy, looks particularly good for ISO 1000. A slight shame the stump looks like it's been cut but the moss is nice as is the background.

I know the feeling Andy  I sometimes struggle to understand the posting patterns on UKNP.

Hi Andrew
Missed this somehow earlier. Nice Nutty but I feel the perch overpowers a little bit. No big deal.
Don't worry about interest levels- could be people are occupied elsewhere at the moment !
Cheers
John
All the best.

Hi Andrew,

'fraid I am one of those people John mentions, been busy for a few weeks

A super shot, with a good dof. Perhaps a small crop from the bottom to lose some of the perch may benefit. Still like the detail and pose.

Very, very nicely done.
I quite like the perch on this one. Nutties never look out of place on big wood to me.
