I am not a bird shooter. I don't want to be one. Why try something that requires such patience, stillness, and a top notch zoom lens and telex that you must skillfully master? But, once in a while I make tracks to the yard and shoot, esp to please my wife who uses the better shots for card stock. "..if Mama ain't happy, ain't no one happy!" javascript:%20x()
I don't capture the exotic nor colorful, only common and ruddy looking birds 'cause they don't scatter when I stride out and jag my lens in their direction. So why, you ask, am I sharing this shot? Just cause I liked the light and darker muted colors. Enjoy...oh, don't bother w/constructive and helpful critiques ...why waste your time...my heart's just not in it. javascript:%20x()

You short change yourself, Ken. I like the looks of this image. Since you want no critique, I'll offer none, but I have enjoyed looking at it.
Kudos to your wife for making you do this...
