My last otter pic for now. I was quite amazed about how fast they were on ice. Must be those little spikes on the end of their legs

Have a wonderful evening and I hope to 'see' all of you next year. Thanks for being an inspiration and motivation to me.
All the best,

Another great shot Edwin. He's getting closer - did you get the one where he sinks his teeth into your leg? Eric

Edwin, looks like it was time for you to retreat! Nice capture. Cliff
Superb, I had a few reservations on your earlier images, this one is perhaps the best image of an otter I have seen.... well done regardless...

Thanks guys It was all worth it. The second image is just for showing those teeth, it hasn't been processed at all.
Thanks,

Nope Tim, that's just him laughing at me after scaring me for the third time.

How I would love to see an otter for myself, hopefully one day. Loved your series Edwin, all first class, thanks for sharing.

Great series Edwin, think this may be my favourite of the bunch - brill sense of motion. Well done for sticking around long enough to get it, me I think I'd retreat away from those teeth!

Yes definitely the best otter image I've seen in a long while. Superb.

Just shows what damage they could do if you were to get bitten by one.
