Thanks for posting this, BP. I ordered 3 of them (maximum # the rebate will support).

They are 41.95 before the rebate.

I just checked the site again, and it looks like the 8GB is gone.
but there are still some 4GB for $2 AR with free shipping ($41.95 before rebate)

BP, Thanks a lot for posting. I ordered 2 before they disappeared.

Yes, thanks for posting. I ordered 3 before they sold out.

Apparently B&H was briefly selling these for $67 before they knew about the $80 rebate, meaning you could have made money off the deal and gotten 3 cards... (they're gone from B&H too now).

I ordered one before they vanished, as well. Thanks very much!!!

B&H did have a rebate, but the rebate they had was different as one was for Photo Stores and the other Photo Channel sales which was much lower.

it's back - 8 GB is now back and it's free after rebate + $5 shipping
http://www.adorama.com/ILXCF1338G.html?emailprice=t

limit 3 per rebate... So, if you buy 3, shipping = $6.60... = $2.20/each
still a pretty good deal
:-)

Thanks! I just bought 3 from Adorama as well. When I put them in my cart they were $80.00, but before checking out I double checked to be sure I had the right one and I see they've raised the price to $89.95 each. Luckily I still got them for the $80! Great deal.

I just hopped onto Adorama's site and got three for $80 each, so they do still have them. All we pay after the rebate is shipping! They are the slower 133X versions, but for anything 12MP and less there should be no lag. For that price, no arguments!

Thanks for posting this, BP! This is a good economic stimulus package.

Nice catch, I got 3 cards-crossed my fingers and even picked up a cheap 50mm lens.

Thanks for the tip. I bought 3 from Adorama. They came quickly, and sent off the
rebates to Lexar. Received the rebates like clockwork and they are in the bank.

Total Cost: $10 each plus $2.00 shipping.
