ID anyone?
I am making an attempt at my new year resolution to get all of my images keyworded and have hit a road block on this one. What is it? Taken in early August, 2007 in SE Montana. Not enough color for juvenile American robin... some sort of thrush? It is cold and fluffed up.

Nice shot..I like the eye contact. I'm not very good at bird ID's but am wondering if this isn't a Sage Thrasher? If its close to the same size as robin, that helps with the ID. Hopefully someone with more skill and knowledge will be able to help with the ID.

I thought it was a young robing because of the spots on the breast. But now I am not sure. Nice image. I like the eyes.

Hi, Grace. This photo doesn't really provide enough info for a definitive ID - another view or two would be helpful. Perhaps a juvenile Hermit Thrush, but that's just a guess.

Gail.
