Catherine got 1st Honorable Mention in Photo Art and John got First Place in the Weekly Challenge!

I'd buy them a beer!

Congrats to Catherine and John. Both are well deserved winners in their respective categories.

BTW, you all seem to have forgotten William Brozy, the 1st place winner in Flora. I have always admired his work and its so nice to see it being recognized. Way to go, Will.

Sorry, Will… I, for one, still think of you as being on the other side of the continent… Or maybe my memory is more faulty than I think…

Anyway, 3 winners from PNWNP IS pretty :cool: (... if I do say so myself...) !!! So, Mark, slide another beer down the way! And one for Anil, too! :smile:

Thanks all! With the amazing group of talent that makes up NPN, it is always a huge honor and a bit of a surprise to be recognized.

In addition, a huge congrats to all 2008 winners. Those are magnificent photos Catherine and Will.

Will, I have to fess up that I too didn't realize you were here in the PNW. That just adds more to my amazement at the quality of photographers that are from around here. You should add a comment in the Tell Us About Yourself thread.

No problem - I bounce around so much my family has a hard time keeping up. Heck by the time a get around to the Tell Us About Yourself thread I could already be somewhere else :biggrin:
