Shindig Gear Sale/Swap

One of our forum members suggested that we do a gear sale and/or swap at the shindig. We thought this is a great idea.

Bring any photo related gear for sale or trade to the shindig. We will set aside a table in which we can display the stuff.

If you are interested in selling or trading gear please respond to this, so we can gauge the interest (if any!).

I have some unreliable pack mules by the names of Darren K. and Brent D. that I would be happy to give away.

Any pack mule is better than no pack mule. I'll take them!! Wait a minute, how much extra grub will I have to pack?

René, you might try to make the swap area a little bigger and more prominent. I remember last year it was tucked out of the way and never really promoted. Sounds like there will be a lot more gear this year!

I have some stuff too, including a LowePro Photo Trekker AW II backpack in great condition.... a Sekonic L-358 light meter with spot attachment, a carbon fiber tripod with ballhead, plus some other odds and ends.

Ken, we'll do what we can for space, but with the area we have, and the amount of folks that show up, its tough.

On that note, if anyone has any 6 foot cafeteria style tables they could lend that night, it would be a HUGE help!

I can't make it either.... probably better this way, as Brent would probably try to swap out the beer he owes me. Go Chargers!
