Sanderling and Seal
Hi Guys,

Was out at Donna Nook last weekend and got this shot of a Sanderling feeding on what appeared to be Seal-puke..
The Seal watched it all and thought..

Greetings,

Jeroen Stel

I love it, what a shot. This is may kind of background.

If I were to have a nit it would be that the background is not all seal, if you know what I mean.

Seal puke not so appealing though, nice.

Terrific use of dof here Jeroen. I love the overall scene, most unusual and very appealing.

The seal has a little bit of a 'you're not going to eat that are you?' look about it! Great capture. Nice to meet you, briefly, on the beach.

A fantastic wildlife shot. The dof on the seal is just right, the Sanderling is sitting on the third and the puke is......well puke

Terrific DOF, as has been said. Lovely shot. Imagining the seal saying "eat up and you'll grow up to be like me"

a very good image Jeroen and different to the norm. I think I would have preferred it if you could have moved to the left slightly so that the background was formed entirely by the main seal, but it's only a minor point.

"You have got to be kidding me!?!!" Since when did seals cook scrambled egg?!
A seal shot with real interest and interaction (in a way). Like the break from the norm. My only criticism would be the burnt out white corner of the BG. Just crop it out and its a cracker.
