The Usual Suspects
I shot this in early December at a local park. I was heading back to the parking area after shooting in the cold for a couple hours and stumbled onto this little scene. I was drawn to this grouping of leaves, the greens still present in some, the half buried in snow aspect and the way they lined up like suspects in a police investigation. Comments welcome.

Yeah, the one on the end definitely looks like Kevin Pollock. Nice find and well executed, Brian.

Nice intimate slice of nature here Brian. I like the color combinations. Did you experiment with any compositions that placed things at more of an angle in the frame?

Joel, as I said in the OP, I was heading back in after a longish session already, and so I didn't have the energy to experiment a lot here. This is the only other angle I tried, and I liked the straight on version better.

Chuck, I thought the one on the right had a 'limp' and was thinking Kevin Spacey.

I agree think the first shot is best but I could not identify any of them.

I like the composition of the second one better, but I like the leaves better in the first posting, Brian. The leaves look like it might be Sumac.

Thanks for the comments! Toni, I appreciate the help with the plant ID. I'll google and see if I can confirm.
