Really nice work there Paul, super detail on the bird, was that sky in the BG, it almost looks to have a 'purple' hue(?). I have only ever encountered these under dense canopy which never makes for a good image so it's nice to see one as clear as this.

Kind regards,

Brett :toast:

Nice one Paul - unusual angle though which looks quite dynamic but I just can't make my mind up about it.

Certainly got close enough with your shorter kit

Nice one Paul.
Just the sky seems a bit too much.

Thank you for the comments,
The sky John was in fact a building, behind the tree ,did not matter which way I moved!!
Mark this was in the tree behind the rowan with the Waxwings.

Very nice indeed, not just a treecreeper in my book

I think I'd be tempted to rotate this one so the tree was a bit more upright and also maybe reduce the colour of the background. But you've captured the Treecreeper very well and I know how difficult that can be.

Bird and tree are excellent but IMO the purple backdrop spoils it, which is a shame.
