Little Grebe in rain storm.
Somebody put a post on a while back about their favourite shots.
This was mine but I put this up to stress the import of backing up your stuff. With a computer crash I lost the original and all I had was a reduced one which I had done for the web. It was the only decent shot I got that day. All I had left was an A4 print on semi gloss paper.
This is a scan off that print.
So back up now !!!
Cheers

I got an external usb hard drive and found it was corrupting some of the stuff I was moving, so I took it out of the holder and stuck in with the DVD drive. So I now have three internal hard drives and so far so good ! Good old windows 98 !!

I don't care if you scanned this off a roll of toilet paper. It's a great shot.

Just goes to show that you can miss stunning shots by packing up and moaning about the weather. I can see why you like it so much John, a shot I would love to have taken

And this is from a scan of a print that you lost.. Never would have guessed.. Sorry to hear about that particular problem though and you have certainly executed this post extremely well. A superb capture and well done for braving the elements..

Another great shot John. The rain drops & bubbles complete complete the image.
I think I may have to invest in an external hardrive
