I shot this when the winds were only blowing hard and hadn't reached the gale force they are blowing at right now. This is from the back of our property and looking across the neighbor's pasture. The pasture slopes so the fence appears to be going down hill - because it is...

Beautiful Merle. Lots of saturated color with a wonderful effect. The comp with the silhouetted trees gently sloping upward is really nice. Well done.

Wow, what a sunrise! Now that's a colorful sky by any standards!
This is beautiful Merle. I always enjoy everyones sunrises. I am already at work and am only able to look longingly out the 6th floor window of my office building at them. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks all for the kind comments.
Amanda - How about a nice sunrise shot across the cityscape ?
Bruce - I'm glad I did this shot yesterday when it was a balmy 12 with 15 mph winds instead of today when it is -4 with a windchill of -18 !!!!! Yesterday's low will be today's high....
My East view isn't very pretty.....but I really should bring my camera and try shooting towards the West with the "glow" from the sunrise hitting the skyline. I don't do to well through the windows though.
