My local country park on Saturday. Of all the hundreds of times I've been down there Saturday was the prettiest I've seen it. Unfortunately the site is crossed by powerlines, and I cloned them from the sky for this shot.
C&C welcome.

I like this Greg even though I'm not a landscape man. Nice the way it graduates from right to left in height. Maybe a teeny bit left rotation but no big deal.

A very fitting title Greg & a good looking frosty landscape too.

Yes I like this as well,
50:50 (sky:foreground) landscape shots usually look a little boring - probably because it is difficult to get a good 'lead in' line, but the frozen lake compliments and balances the pale sky here forcing your eye to the tree line which becomes the focus of attention.
Mike, John, I tried lots of crops of this, and have alternative views (as I was never 100% happy with the 50:50 comp), including panos, but with a max width of 720px I couldn't do it justice on this site (and haven't sorted any other hosting yet). Plus I also liked the ice foreground.
