Nice shot as is.
I make every effort to read all comments posted on UKNP not always on the date posted I should add. I respect the view points stated by persons far more qualified within the subject than I.
The clone and crop debates do not have a definitive conclusion from what is stated unless a clear final desired target result is set out. Either a true record as is. Or if preffered a clonned / cropped impression of what the creator feels creates the better result albeit artificial.
Very nice shot Craig. Composition is fine but on my monitor the grass looks a bit over saturated.

quite like this shot Craig, wouldn't change a thing, i quite like the look of "mush" so definately wouldn't crop off the feet, in future i'd say put acorns or something else native down for them on the days you are taking pictures, can't see how you could clone out the peanut looks a bit hard too me

Classic shot well captured. Vivid greens may not suit some.

The more mush the better for me Craig - much more intimate! I'm not 100% about the peanut though, otherwise spot on.
Alas ran out of acorns long ago, did'nt plan for the jays, will try with acorns next year!
I did actually try with one or two acorns that I had left, they would fly straight off with them and bury them, with the peanuts they would eat some there and then, collect more and then bury them,I think being park jays they are fed an awful lot of nuts!!
And thank you to all those mush lovers I'm with you on that one!!!

A higher viewpoint would have worked better for me, and solve everything.
