Mark, don't you know it's illegal to go around tagging someone's personal property like this even if it is for the sake of your art??

Hey Mark - these Hood River urban scenes are making me think I haven't come as far as I'd thought when I'd moved out west from the Bronx...
Is that a gang sign? Are there gangs in Hood River?

This was taken in The Dalles, they probably have some sort of gang problem. I can't imagine it's large though. You know, there are idiots everywhere.

Isn't that the truth!

I think the scene is a bit too literal for your urban approach here Mark. Something a bit more abstract would be more interesting I think... like this:
I sat here a while, trying to come up with some witty remark, or a quote from Cap'n Quint; But I got nothin. Sorry.
This would have been a good spot for a self portrait, or maybe one with a dog peeing on the wall with the shark to its side? I dunno. Its cool though, in its own weird way.

That's funny, Aaron.. my first thought was the captain and the chalkboard too! I think it is cool, Mark..
