I've decided that Grey Squirrels are the Millwall supporters of UK mammals - no-one likes them but they don't care!!
This winter I've had a few visiting my feeding station at times so I've created some areas with them in mind to get some portraits that might do them better justice. I'll always prefer reds (and no that's not Man Utd!!), but these fellows do have some endearing qualities too!!

Mark, I'm with you all the way. Pesky nuisances around the bird feeders but entertaining to watch and incredibly determined. Nice shot by the way. Cliff

I know they are hated in the UK and the States but they look quite nice. No grey ones in Holland and we like to keep it that way:) I will visit them in the UK some time.
