Have heard so many people talking about Lock& Dam 14 at LeClaire, IA that I ran up today to see what was there. Not bad caught a few shots but to me it seemed the light was rather harsh. Shooting from the IA side made us shoot into the sun. Was told that there are usualy more eagles there but today the photographers outnumbered them. There were enought to keep us happy though, and got some shots with different perspective. Will have to go again to work on my shooting and timeing. Also dropped down to 15 for a bit but they were working too far out.

Nice capture!! I've always wanted to get an eagle w/fish in talons shot such ass this one. So far, you're miles ahead of me. I'm sure it takes a lot of effort and time to capture something like this. Great job.
