Mike Moats has an inspirational article in January PhotoLife with the added treat of six of his images.
His skill and success are even more amazing given that (as the article states) his photographic journey began in 2001. The article obliquely mentions hard work and the results are in evidence.
Continued success Mike!

Congrats, Mike Your image are always wonderful to view!
Congratulations Mike. Alas, I won't see the PhotoLife article because I let the subscription go.
I recently ran across Tiny Landscapes again. The book, I mean. The photographs are wonderful, of course, but the text really rich in useful information. I must return to doing more macro.
I have really enjoyed your work here at NPN, Mike. Congratulations on this recent honor.

It's actually quite amazing to watch Mike "see in macro". Having done some shooting and a few workshops together ( Macro & More) , I am always amazed at Mikes ability to see the image and pre visualize the results.
I actually have an image of Mike shooting a landscape image... I always threaten him with publication.
Congrats Mike... well deserved.
