Head's up
Found this one frantically feeding in the heather! A quick 'heads up' before continuing on scoffing

Very nice indeed, but personally I thing I would have positioned it a little more to the left hand side of the farme, so that it had more space to move into.

Nice shot Steve. I agree it is a little too centred for my taste but I still like it a lot!

lovely image steve. will have to make a trip north to get some shots of them. Not sure if it is my laptop monitor but the shot feels a little cold???

Hey Steve,

Lovely shot, I love the reflection of what looks like a horizon in the Grouse's eye.

Beautiful shot!! The way the texture of the heather and the feathers match is superb, well caught!

Lovely shot. I agree about moving it off centre. I caught very brief glimpses of these recently but was never quick enough - you must be chuffed with this one.

Rather central for me and perhaps a tad high in the frame, otherwise an excellent shot, exceptionally well seen and executed.

Missed this earlier - don't know why.
Good stuff. More canvas right but that's been covered.

I like this one Stephen particularly the way the patterned plumage and that of the flowers work so well together.

Very well proportioned.
