Barn Owl yesterday.
D3 + 600mm AFS II + 1.4 conv.
1/250 @ f8.
ISO 400.
Ex Comp -1.0EV.
Just as I started to eat my lunch (3.30pm) it was late I know.
From nowhere this little beauty turns up. Suddenly there are three in the air. Magic.

Another great barn owl shot - I want some up here too! Lovely afternoon light, nice colours (esp background). You can't do much about the ring but you could get rid of the white stuff

Lots of Barn Owls around at the moment but I never tire of seeing them, I just wish they were around here.

Nice light. :toast:

Lovely light and a very nice B/G, good detail too. The perch is a little on the large side for my liking but it's better than the metal one my Barn Owl keeps landing on  might clone the s@$t out as well...

Nice work Major, look forward to more..

Beautiful detail on this Major. Great as it is and would also be great if cropped a bit tighter, it's nice to have the choice.
