Shot from the ice storm here in Southern Indiana, very bad down here and in Northern Kentucky over 600,000 without power thank God were one of the lucky ones who haven't lost power.
Haven't been able to get out and shoot many shots because of road conditions but here is a berry from our yard that looked kinda cool.

Nice shot. Would love to get one of these but I don't want the ice storm that goes with it.

Nice shot. Hope things get back to normal soon out there.

I love the shot, the colors, the shapes and the magnified, sharp entombed berry. Great capture, and as for the weather, it seems that life gave you lemons and you made lemon-aid.

Nice to see you posting something again, Bernie! Ice storms are nasty, but they certainly do provide a lot of opportunities for us photographers as you showed us here. Glad to hear you were one of the more fortunate ones.
Great subject and shot, Bernie. I like this a lot just as is, but also wonder what it would look like with enough DOF to make the entire berry icicle sharp.

Thanks for all the comments folks, Kerry I agree with you on the DOF but it was getting a little windy and I was trying to keep my iso down, if it wasn't for that I think it could have been a lot better at 14-16 !!

This is very nice. I love the brightness of the red of the berry. I am wondering what this would look like just a tad bit lighter, although I do like it as is.
This works well. The depth of field doesn't bother me. Red is always such a strong element - allowing a pretty minimal composition. My only thought would be to bring up the upper end highlights a bit with a curve. Nice image.
