Might be more conventional but still a very nice image, particularly with the fluffed out plumage.... looking a little more I wonder if it could perhaps be a tad warmer, not sure on that.

Phil, you are right. I desaturated the image a little prior saving for web as I find this last step in PS always adds a little more to the image. I've now replaced the original without toning down. Hope this works better.
