Where did my LR pins go?

I'm not sure what happened but the "pins" that appear when you make a local adjustment no longer show up. Does anyone know how to reset it so my pins will come home?

Bret: If you're talking about Lightroom, when you hit the “H” key it hides the “pins”? Try hitting it again to show them.
