Grove Run-with repost
I finally found the time to get out and enjoy the recent ice and snow. This is the creek that runs through our pasture.

Not sure if this works or not.

This definitely works! The FG ice patterns are beautiful and lead well into a gorgeous composition. I love unique scenes with original compositions, and this really fits the bill. Well seen and executed. :toast:

Works for me. Like the detail in the ice. Glad you finaly got to enjoy the weather.

The foreground is very appealing and interesting. The touch of warm light in the background creates a nice counterpoint and keeps the eye moving in the frame. Works for me! my only critique is that if feels a bit unexpectedly cut off on the right side of the frame in the foreground, though your composition may have certainly been the best possible solution given what you had to work with.

The foreground really makes this for me. I like this very much as is and also cropped from the top to eliminate the trees entirely.

Works very well for me, Deb...I love it! I keep looking for scenes such as this, but haven't found much other than a creek which has too many small branches hanging over it for any decent shots.

Thank you all for your comments. I reworked the crop on this one. Thank you all for taking the time to look and comment.
