Snow Bunting
As I am moving back to the UK in a couple of months, I have been spending more time in here than the New England bit of NPN...and a recent trip to the UK means I have something to post (if just another Snow Bunt).

And yes, it was in North Norfolk

1D2N, 500/4 @ 1/2500, f6.3, ISO 400. LR2, CS4, cropped off right and left to 5:4

Send some up here please! Another nice example of this species. Great angle. Nice background. Maybe a little more sharpening round the face?

Perhaps a tiny bit tight on the right - (project the tail behind the pebble and the virtual tip is nearly touching the right frame edge), and as Ian says perhaps a bit sharper around the face.

Otherwise, a cracking shot Mark :wavey: :wavey:

Agree with Andy re a bit more space to the right.
They are great birds, and you have caught this one well.

The bunting itself is cracking, but I would crop off the fore ground so as to increase the emphasis on the bunting, I know that that means problems with the virtual feet, but when I moved the image to simulate the crop, to my eye it looked a whole lot better.

If I was totally honest, I would have gone for a slightly higher viewpoint.

Apart from the cropping, you have a truly excellent shot here.
