Nicely framed, an excellent shot, well seen and taken.

What a lovely scene. I like the way the bird is framed and stands out against that vibrant orange/brown. Not sure if there is rim lighting of the bird and foreground twigs, or if it might be a little oversharpened?

A very good looking image. The silhouette of the owl looks superb against the orange sky.

A very nice image which is really enhanced by all of the elements of undergrowth around the frame

Very nice indeed! I always feel envious when I see photos of barn owls as it's something I'd love to get a good shot of. In fact, I've only ever seen 3 and never when I have my camera with me

Very nice! The colour is great and I love the frame of trees. Very different and a great shot!

If its got eyes up its backside Bob its going away.
No it did fly straight over the top of me. Managed about four frames.

Nice work Major... Can't beat a good days viewing of Barn Owls...
Great colours. I'ld have thought you'd have added in some black stuff top right to balance the image. Glad you didn't though! I would crop it vertically to eliminate most of the silhouetted bushes leaving just the twiglets along the bottom edge.
