Another EP selection for Floris in just a very short period of time. Congratulations on the EP pick for this week in the ES&S category Floris, but more importantly on this wonderful scene linked below.

sweet, thanks! I personally think this is one of my best compositions to date, due to the complexity, so I'm glad to see the editors like it as well!

Congrats, Floris. I saw the image before in ES&S but didn't post. It's a great image. The rich colors are fabulous as well as the soft light. The strong vertical lines really give order to the image and make it feel dynamic.

Are the dots all around insects?

I think it's perfectly well frmed, *with* the sky which makes a counterpoint to all that green and gives a sense of situation in space. Not enough of it to feel like overblown sky, just right.

Sweet shot Floris. I'm really enjoying your postings, your work is inspiring and you are obvisouly very talented. I'm wondering are you going to trade prints with Marc Adamus like he suggested? Congrats on a nice shot!

Thanks Mike - Marc wanted to get a print for his father, who spent a lot of time in the area. In return I'll have a print of Winter's Fury hanging on my wall soon :D

Wow, what a great mixture of vegetation and colors captured here. I particularly love the various shades of greens that runs through this image. The blues and pinks are the perfect compliment to this well crafted scene. Great stuff!
