The Neighborhood Playground
Obviously, just a little evidence of the hand-of-man, but I thought some might still like to see Tuesday morning's sunrise from So Cal. This is an eight image stitch showing the San Gabriel, San Bernardino, and San Jacinto mountain ranges (left to right) as seen from the Pomona Valley. Here's a link to a larger image, if you'd like to see more detail.

Really neat one, Eric. Although we live in an asphalt jungle down here in So Cal, we can still appreciate a wonderful clear sky view like this one. These days are true Chamber of Commerce views with the overall crisp & clear scenes looking off toward our ring of mountain ranges. Very well done. OK, it took me a second to get my berings right. I now think this is shot looking up toward the 71 / 210 fwy in the left center as it comes down from the San Dimas area toward the 10 fwy with Mt. Baldy somewhat centered on the entire image?

Wow. Job well done Eric. People on NPN always seem to want clouds but when the air quality is bad as often as it is in So Cal it really is a treat to get a clear day.

Looks good I wonder if San Gorgonio is one of the scene peaks here?

Nice pano Eric! I'm "visiting" from RMNP. That is my old stomping grounds. Grew up in Monrovia, Lived in San Dimas and then Claremont before moving to Colorado. Thnaks for reminding me of home. Just remember Ca is shaken not stirred!
