The skies here haven't been giving me much to work with! :) This is in far SW South Dakota. Nikon d200 17-55. I don't think this will make the grade for an ESS posting, but I thought you all might enjoy seeing a bit of this country.

Man, looks like you can see forever!
Have you tried using some color control points to take a bit of the blue out of the snow? Might not look as good as it does now though.

Lon, I like the expansive view and the waves of light on the plains. Knowing that the snow in the shadows is going to have a blue tendancy, this looks very accurate to me. Interesting topography in SW South Dakota and one a Kansan can appreciate! Thanks for sharing.
