I managed to get out to the Konza Prairie Saturday afternoon. Great afternoon to be out, with the best clouds I've been able to catch in a long time. Thanks Wayne for the clouds :). 50D, ISO 100, 1/30, f/11

Jeez, between your, Wayne & Scott's shots, I'm really jealous I wasn't able to get out :-( This is another great shot. I really like the composition, the warm tawny grasses and (of course) the sky.

Beautiful light on this shot. I like the placement of the rock and grass in the lower left corner.

Nicely done Rob. Glad you made it out to the flint hills on such a wonderful day.

Well one thing's for sure, we can put Bill's "clouds" plug-in theory to bed. The clouds that were in attendance on Saturday were quite nice indeed and captured by several photog's from different spots with equal emphasis.
Good job on this one Rob. Just got to love the light on the prairie and the waves of clouds rolling high above!
