Congaree National Park
Sunday, I explored South Carolina's only National Park for the first time.

I had a wonderful time.

Photo data: Canon EOS 20D, lens 28-135 @ 30m, f/22 for 1.3 sec

I believe Chuck has got it right - South Carolina's ONLY National Park. Sandy, you know something that I don't?

This looks great, Chuck. It's a difficult place to shoot, but you came away with something very nice.

Kings Mountain National Park, right beside Kings Mountain State Park on the York/Cherokee County Line. I was a ranger at Kings Mountain SP before my job with DNR. - SandyLee

This used to be quite a place when the Beidler family owned it. I haven't been back since Hugo did a number on it.
