Saturday's Rime Ice

I went south Saturday morning to Castle Rock and to the Greenland exit to check out the fog. There was rime ice at Greenland, so it made for some interesting shooting. Here are a few from Saturday:

I really like the clearing fog and twin trees (as one) in the second, and the closeup of the third.

#2 is great. I was hoping the clouds would break like this where I was, but it just didn't happen.

Funny thing I think earlier that morning I was filming for the news a fire at Penrose Main Hospital and the rim Ice on one of the Pine trees outside made a great little initial fovcal point before i panned out for the fire scene shot. Anyway my lil tid bit of the same day. Your images however are far more interesting to me and I have that Wish I were there feeling!

Were'nt the conditions this past weekend amazing!!!. These are all very nice images Morris, I especially like #2 with the fog just starting to clear!.
