Fossilized skiers and other wonders from Loveland Pass
I caught this shot on my way back down from point 12585 on the southwest side of Loveland Pass a couple weekends ago. I took the 4X5 up there as well, but don't expect to get those shots back until next week. Fair warning, I did let the blues go where they wanted in some of these. All of these were taken with the LX3.

I'm fairly certain this is the summit of Torrey's hiding in the clouds before sunrise. More fossilized skier tracks in the foreground.

A wider view in the 16:9 ratio at 5.1mm.

What's a nice camera like you doing in a place like this?

I particularly like the last 3 images Mel, with #4 being my favourite I think. I like the subtle tones of pink and blue in #4, and the wide view. Sure does look like a mighty chilly morning, kudos to you!.

They're all nice, Mel, but I really like #1. Very unique shot. Good comp to show the flow.

Interesting, never seen fosilized tracks before! I like #1 and #5 the best.
