Nice record shot, , would suggest a square format so as\to increase the emphasis on the buzzard.

Full marks for getting the head turn and the low angle across the hedge top. Looks a bit soft on my screen though. Because the hedge appears sharper in front of the bird I would suggest that you have miss-focussed a little. If you have this as a raw file, it would benefit from turning up the wick a bit on the colour temperature IMO.
