Here's a pano I took on our outing Saturday. I kind of like it except I messed up the sky - blown out on the right and when I tried to fix it, I made it too blue on the left. I need to see if I can fine tune and make it look better. Wayne, may I borrow your clouds? :-)
I really enjoyed meeting and shooting with everyone, hope to see you all again in the Spring.

Hey Dena, Glad to see you've thawed out enough to post something. You captured the shading well on the right and the blue of the water gives a nice touch of color. To bad we had such a flat sky for the day. The only good thing about the wind was that it blew away the dust from our driving.
We had a good day and the next one should be even better.

Nice job with this one Dena. I have to admit, this is one of my new favorite places. I've driven by it countless times and never noticed its potential until yesterday.
Thank you for making the long early morning drive to be a part of this event. We'll get together again this summer when it's warmer and the wildflowers are in bloom.
And to answer your question, have I got just the sky for this shot!

Nice shot, Dena! I really like the composition you got. The play of light & shadows on the hills is very cool.
It was great to finally meet you in person. Hope we can meet and shoot again someday (on a much warmer day!)

Nice one, Dena, much better than any I captured from that location.

Hi Dena,
This looks like a great location and I like the pano treatment. Is that a stitched image or cropped? Either way this is difficult with that much variation in the sky. After seeing your web site though I bet you can pull a nice image out of this one.
It was nice to meet you personally and as a fellow Olympian. As the others have said, it would be nice to do this again in spring.

Hi Ken,
It was a hand held stitch, I just love those.
Great to meet a fellow Olympian, have a great week!!

Nice shot Dena, I tried a pano at this location too, but mind ended up in the trashcan on my computer. I really like the perspective you got on this shot.
