...an imature White-tailed Sea Eagle in something of a blizzard and keeping a very wary and respectful eye on the circling Golden, which didn't land - so this bird got a really full crop.
Processed on my laptop so basically colours could be all over the place but it looks ok-ish at this end

Hi Andy,
Well I guess the amount of time you have had to spend in that hide in sub zero temps has certainly paid off !! Really stunning capture. I think when you get home you will maybe want to tweek the levels around a bit, but great work, thanks for sharing.

Super - absolutely super. One nit though - I didn't take it.

That's a cracker Andy, the blood on the bill tops it off. Interesting to see the fox turned prey in this situation

Prey, carrion or bait?
Looks a good bit underexposed on my screen. Understandable given the adrenaline that must have been rushing through you when witness to such a wild spectacle

Great shot Andy. Having the foxes head in full view adds lots to this one IMO. Much better than just a lump of carcase. I was wondering what you had been up to, good to see you haven't been wasting your time on idle pursuits, looking forward to more.

Classic winter eagle image, and I'm sure you've plenty more.
