I read back through some old posts about finding an online printing service for calendars. Lulu was mentioned as one option and while I like the theory behind their service I also made a quick look through the forum section related to calendars and found many unhappy customers.
Anyone from NPN actually used this service lately?
How about other publishers?

I have used Printpelican to do two calendars. They have done a great job. You are supposed to be able to plug in all your images into one of their templates but that hasn't worked for me and I have had to send the files a few at a time over the internet. The results were everything I could have hope for. They do small printing, too, and although that is expensive, sometimes that is all you want.
