HI folks,
I've been busy bit have been here on & off. I just got back form a workshop in Death valley then a few days at NANPA in ABQ.
Here's a shot from the Dunes at Mesquite Flats from the recent trip.
Eagerly awaiting spring here in the great (and I mean great)PNW!

That is just beautiful. The shadowed background hilights the lighted area so well! Does that make sense? :)

Looks like you captured this at just the right moment. Very nice.

Awesome shot. Well composed and I really like the warm light reflecting off the sand in this one.
I love Death Valley. Despite how desolate and hot it is, its a very beautiful place. I was there in May and it was nearly 100 degrees at 10:00PM the day I arrived. I will really have to go there again sometime. When I last went in 2004 I had and old film SLR but I really hadn't taken my photography to the level I have now and I don't really have any keepers from that trip.
