Do we have any planned get togethers? I know mikes posted about Gigrin, but do we have any others?

With the recent news that my local reserve has been given a repreave until 2017 i would gladly offer to do one here.

I think that is exactly what Tom needs, some volunteers to give him ideas - it is a thankless task coming up with a trip itinerary when as a group we are so spread-out across the country

In 2008 a few interactive setions were set up to try and get round this north/middle/south problem (eg the WWT Feb date) but were poorly attended or lacked volunteers to lead. Poor weather also ditched some planned events in 2008. Without people sticking their head above the parapet to lead it is an impossible task for the Mods

Hi Paul & Mike,

Yes, it can be a bit thankless at times and we're really appreciative of those that do support us  :toast:.

To be truthful, both Tom and myself have had a rather full plate of things to do since Christmas and haven't had a chance to sort a big list or update the meetings page yet. Hang in there and we'll get around to it. In the meantime, folks can feel free to volunteer themselves and/or a site for a meet-up either on here, or by sending us an e-mail.

:wavey:

Being only 17, I wouldn't definitely be up for meeting and shooting with some of the image makers of this website
