Waxwing
I havent been shooting much in the last couple of weeks as i have been getting images ready for my new website that should hopefully be up and running later this week,I noticed some small flocks of birds flying around our estate the other day and went to investigate and found them to be cedar waxwings so i spent a couple of days trying to get some reasonable images, The last 2 days here have been very wet but they forecast snow for last night so i put 2 hides in place in the garden and sure enough i awoke to 3 or 4 inches of the white stuff so i spent a couple of hours shooting the garden birds and then went for a drive to see if the waxwings were around,I didnt have to drive far before i found a group of about 50,They were very relaxed and allowed me to get quite close and get a few images before mobbing the bushes in peoples gardens, Its always nice to get a new bird on file and the snow makes it all the better,When i got back home i looked at my garden feeders and found a white tailed deer eating the bird food-amazing considering i live in suburbia

Nicely done Dave. overall pretty good exposure and very good comp, I guess it must have been exceedingly difficult to control those highlights !

Great stuff, well done !

Right out of the top draw, excellent shot.

My only comment would be, that if submitted for publication, then a tad more space at the top.
