This was taken yesterday at a local wildlife park. There are two cubs, both male born about 6 months ago. They were very playful and even the parents were joining in too.

I would have preferred a face-on view but I quite like in terms of isolating from the business around him. I'm sure it isn't that great technically but it was a great sight to see even if it was in a wildlife park !

All C&C welcome as always.
Not quite sharp enough for my liking though.

I would prefer abit more room as its very tight in the frame, You say its not sharp enough so maybe if you had used a higher ISO you would have got a better shutter speed

Thanks Dave, my thoughts exactly. I must admit I'm always wanting to try and get a nice smooth image, so I tend to try and keep a low ISO. Looks like I had better change my bad ways & quick!

Always nice to see tigers
Think I would also like a slightly less tight view, showing more of the paw on the left hand edge and top of the head with ears

It looks quit sharp to me. A little more space could help.

Hello !!

Yep, the bag is great many thanks. Yes the D300 does work well at higher ISO's but it's always been a thing for me wanting to keep the image as smooth as possible. I guess really I'm my own worst enemy. Possibly a problem coming from a commercial background where I had all teh control I wanted over light so ISO was never really an issue.

Cheers all for your comments !
